Saturday 10 am - 9 pm
Sunday noon-6 pm
We make every effort to bring out the art buyers! Lynette Wallace Productions spends 40% of artist booth space fees on media, PR and promotion, including printed materials. Media information is supplied to artists prior to the event.
Our website and the festival program feature an image from each artist, their booth number, city, state and website. Programs are distributed 3 weeks prior to the festival at the venue and around the area.
We communicate with artists through the Zapplication email system, e-newsletters and our website. Load-in instructions will be available on our website four weeks before the show. We will send you an email through Zapplication once the booth spaces and information are online for you to download.
From load-in through load-out we offer complimentary refreshments and snacks for our artists. Mornings include muffins, fruits, berries, nuts, donuts, pastries along with cold water, and hot coffee and tea. Mid-day to close artists are invited to come by for snacks, including healthy snacks as well as sweets. Our team walks the show with a rolling cooler twice a day to bring refreshments to the artists' booths.
At Artist Hospitality, artists sign up for booth-sitting time. One of our team will watch your booth so you can take a break. If you need help during the show for any reason, send a text to the show phone at (281) 222-6820 and we will send someone down to assist.
24 hour on festival site security from load-in through load-out. Artists are responsible for their artwork and property. We use an Emergency action and artist contact plan if there is a problem at a booth or a weather hazard occurs during show closed hours.
The Shops at La Cantera features real air-conditioned restrooms with sinks and flushing toilets, not port-a-cans.
Easy Load-in & out
Artists can drive to their booth space for set-up and load out. We distribute instructions with the load-in information prior to the show.
Complimentary Artist Parking
Artists have a designated parking area where they may park their vehicles during show. There is also space for large RVs and trailers for the weekend.
