Setup
PLACE YOUR VEHICLE BOOTH NUMBER IN YOUR FRONT WINDOW.
All Artists enter the show site from Arbor Street. Pull as close to your booth space as possible. We must leave a passing lane in the middle of the street for emergency vehicles if an issue arises.
All Artists must unload their vehicles and move off site before completing setup. You must pull to a curbside to unload. You may pull over another artist’s empty space. However, show staff needs to know which booth numbers are being blocked. Those artists waiting for entry will need to be held until their booth space is unobstructed. Please pull as close to your booth space as possible leaving a passing walkway side.
Load Out
Load Out begins at 6:00 PM Sunday.
Vehicles may enter site at 6:45pm after everyone has had time to start packing up and some room is cleared along the road for vehicles.
